latency help please

hi everyone, I 'm having trouble with latency, i have attached 2 things from a test i did. i have no idea what any of this means. what I've done so far is all the optimizing that i know how to do. i have a song that is not very complicated, . however, even when i disable the plugins i'm still out of time. can anyone make sense with this please./>" /> 

^^^^ info on the above would be helpful. Additionally, plugins with look ahead also introduce latency. For playback only, these will not be problematic, but if tracking they will be noticeable. If you hit "E" (global FX bypass) does the latency go away? If so, it is a plugin.

Try going into Device Manager and disabling any HDMI audio things that show there. Often gpu drivers come with them and they get loaded by Windows even is the monitor attached to the gpu hasn't any speakers and isn't being used for audio. Unless you need to use them for a specific reason of course. Craig Anderton posted a while back that he'd found this fixed a latency issue he had and latencymon appears to be pointing the finger at the HDMI audio subsystem.

Don't uninstall them though, just disable. If uninstalled Windows will simply re-install the drovers the next time it boots.

I see LP-64 Multiband in one of the FX bins. That's going to induce significant Plugin Delay Compensation in the project. You can enable 'PDC' [override] button the Mix module in the Control Bar to override PDC on input-monitored tracks if the PDC-inducing plugin isn't on the track being monitored.
 
Ideally you want to avoid using Linear Phase and other 'Mastering' type plugins that require PDC until you're done tracking.
 
Deferred Procedure Call (DPC) latency (what LatencyMon measures) is not to be confused with Plugin Delay Compensation (PDC) or other sources of audio latency. DPC latency is a measure of how quickly the PC can respond to a request to render and pass a buffer of audio to the interface. Audio latency (including PDC) determines how much time elapses between a real-time action like picking a guitar string, hitting a key on a MIDI keyboard or changing a control setting in the DAW, and hearing the result.
 
DPC latency limits how low your audio buffer latency can be set, but if it's too high for a given buffer size, the symptoms will be pops/crackles/dropouts due to dropped buffers, not increased audio latency.

Hi. My advise would be to uninstall ASIO4ALL (it causes issues in some situations), reboot and install the ASIO drivers that comes with your Quad Capture. 
When recording, press "E" to bypass all plugins. It will help with latency.
The LP-64 MB is a mastering plugin that induces latency, and is best used when mixing / mastering, when latency is of no concern.
