I think it's cool but honestly - and tell me if I'm the lone fool who's thinking like this - but it seems increasingly hard to remember all the "Hold down ALT SHIFT CTRL etc etc etc to do X" commands. I'll certainly get a better workflow with these new editing features, but 90% of the battle is remembering those damn key commands!

My advice on that would be to get a kb or other device that allows the recording of macros and key assignments. I use a logitech gaming kb that has banks of extra keys that can be assigned and colored based on the app running. One example I have is exporting selected graphic regions as png in my graphic software rather than clicking file, export png or jpg. It sounds trivial, but when I am putting together all of the graphics for a website, I have to do this task a loan's it saves probably 5 to 10 seconds a pop.
I am using studio one now but have found a number of s1 macros that are useful that I can assign to a single key. Easy to Remember, fast to execute.
Cbb should also have a look at the s1 macro facility... Very useful.

Wow. Is it just me, or does this seem like a parody video? I've watched it twice, and a) I have no idea why I would want to do this, b) There's no way I'm ever going to remember those alt-meta-cokebottle combinations. It's like the worst demo/tutorial I've ever seen come out of Cakewalk/12Tone.

I do this also, only I set my banks up to be the same in different programs. For example G11 ends up being "transpose" in Cakewalk, Sibelius and Cubase. I just have to change banks to match the program. Saves me tons in the area of time and thought processes.
