live performance song pointer changes

All,
I sometime use Midi sequences during live performances at my church. For years I have looked for a way to easily jump around in a song. (repeat the chorus, jump to the end, repeat a verse.) I have deamed of using my foot pad to move to several preset places in the song. This almost worked in PA9, but I could never get the jump in synce with tempo. Is there a way to do this with Sonar. OR does anyone know of a another way or product that will allow me to do this.
