Good Morning from the cool wilds of Atwood Ontario....

Orange County.  About a week ago it was a similar situation.  We were supposedly hotter than Phoenix and Vegas.  

mmmmm..that is kind of odd for that area...I know that the inland empire has been just roasting there...

We usually get some Santa Ana winds that warm things up a little this time of year and that's probably whats causing this.  I haven't heard the term "Santa Ana" yet for this situation.  They have been saying that the winds are "off shore" which sounds like Santa Anas to me.  


Some of our worst fires have hit in October--I hope that doesn't happen this time around.
