E-mu 1212M.  Sorry to dissappoint.    If it helps.  E-mu was bought by Soundblaster, so they are related.

I had an Emu 1820 once. 

As vintages go, it was a bit "gamey".


I always wanted an alpaca.......I heard they make wonderful pets too......per informacials.
