 Thought about using those hot air balloon tickets we bought awhile back but two things changed my mind.

1. We might end up in Canada at breakneck speed.

2. There was already plenty of hot air in here.

You're looking rather blue, today.  Is Sandy coming your way?  She should lose some power by the time she gets all the way up to your neck of the woods.  
I found the Kings of Convenience web site.  They sound very good.  I'll be picking up a CD when I get the chance.  Do you have a favorite to start off with?  

I'm glad you did a straight cover of the Ewen McColl/Robert Flack song.  Mrs. G's influence no doubt.  I bet you wanted to do "First Time Ever I Saw Your Arse", didn't you.  

Sandy is on her way - fingers crossed.
the first album 'Quiet is the new loud' (great title) is so simple and gentle - my fave.
LOL - as you can (and have) imagine working with Straummy and Bapu, "First Time Ever I Saw Your Arse" was the working title. In fact the current Mrs Daryl1968 did a special intro for Bapu with those very words...

There's a news overload on the whole thing currently.  The TV seems to be intent on inflicting his sick face on everyone at every available opportunity.
 
There should be a law against that too.

"Quiet Is The New Loud" will be on the list.  I'll check locally before heading to Amazon or CD Baby.  I did see that Amazon has a selection.
