FSF Fact:

FSF is very similar to the human spleen in many ways.  One of them being is that if it was totally removed it is unlikely that anyone would show any lasting ill effects.  Perhaps some would but only likely if they were suffering from some underlying condition in the first place.

Merely one of many amazing facts about FSF.

How yew bee Jan?

I'm hangin' in there.  Been getting some muscle cramps and stuff that make it tough to post.  I haven't been feeling too witty either--so I guess I'm witless, now.

A fred question:

Fact: The occupation of "orchestra conductor" tends to cause those in the field to be very long-lived due to the physical nature of the job, and the good health required.*

Willl this fred last as long?

*The comment excludes Jean Baptiste Lully, because although he lived into his early 70's back at the time of Louis XIV, he did himself in via his conducting: He used to pound his staff on the floor to keep time, and one time he missed - stabbed himself in the foot, got gangrene and died.
