Do you have a T-Flats in your area MM?
 
Their food is really good (very, very fresh and flavourful)....they also have very good hot sauce bar......really S-P-I-C-Y...which they make (with ghost peppers)

No, unfortunatily, we dont have that establishment in my neck of the woods...

we have a surprising number of Mexican places here, (well there are  migrant labor here for the farms, so makes sense)

would make a good excuse for a road trip to Casa Mesh...
