Hay!  Did you notice that the HYBT is now a HOTT (Helpful Orange Tab Thingy)?  Did you also notice that anyone (not just the Fred owner) can mark a post with a HOTT?
 
What does this mean for our HYBT system?  Is this what they meant when they referred to the End of Western Civilization?  Will becan be provided?
