Went to bed early (for me) at midnight.  Was up bright and before early at 6am so I made a nice breakfast.  I call it the 6-4-2.  Six scrambled eggs with four slices of ham chopped up along with two slices of toast.  Oh yeah, and then I added becan and coffee naturally!
 
Mmm...  I rarely make a nice breakfast since I can't stand taking twice as much time to cook and clean as it does to eat the meal!

I took a nap a few days ago.  It went very well.  I had a great time.  All throughout the routine, I kept thinking, "This is a great nap!  I'm really rocking it!"
 
Unfortunately, I stumbled on the dismount and the Russian judge only gave me a 3.4.  It always comes down to sticking the landing.
