I see Euro 2012 has already been marred by 'monkey' chanting.








You have to make allowances though.









It's the only way Rooney can remember he has to kick it in the goal.

 

 
But in all fairness to our Wayne, he does do a lot of good work for charity and is a regular visitor to the childrens' ward at the local hospital.
 
Just a few days before flying out to Krakow, Rooney spent an hour at the bedside of a semi-conscious youngster who'd had all his teeth knocked out and his tongue severed in a car accident.
 
"That was just incredible, he was trying so hard. In fact, he almost managed to string a coherent sentence together" said the child.
 
 

I know nothing of the Rooney guy but it's still funny to me.
