I'd prefer a baked potato and green beans on the side.
Due to a sale at the local grocery barn I currently have an obnoxiously huge slab of pork roast waiting to be hacked into portions and freezimified.
One hunk will be tossed in the oven tonight though.
I'm thinking steamed carrots and perogies as an easy side and transforming the rest of the slab into pork fried rice tomorrow.
Yummers.
I lurvs when large hunks of carcass goes on sale (and I'm able to purchase said hunks carcass).
Duck however is sadly never on the menu these days.
