This just gave me an idea for Halloween.  "Censored Streaker."  Just make a bunch of rectangles to wear, color them as shown above and there you go!

maybe it's because Welsh are 'sport drinkers' like the Irish ? 
great people though the Irish, bet I'd get along with Welsh & Scottish too
