Speaking of food.. My in laws dropped by today, and treated us all to a very good meal in a local fish restaurant..
I had white wine steamed halibut with potato pure, grilled kale (!), apple sauce and some fancy stuff
It was delicious!
For dessert I had a white chocolate mouse with raspberry sorbet, with some salt licorice, raspberry and lime drops across the plate.
Not too shabby that either
