That may be juan more switch and knob than Daryk can handle.

Juan of them is usually just a "reset" switch because the circuit bending tends to cause mess ups. 
 
They forgot to put a reset switch on me.

I feel 20-40% more like I do now, then I did when I got here.

I'm 25% more than I was on my birthday this year.

Im extremely happy for once ...

The advisor looked through the documents I emailed him, and was able to approve me based on that and sent an application on to the housing association selling the house.
 
So also even if I dont want this house, if the association approves my application I can apply for any future houses they may have available on any kind of affordable scheme (mainly shared ownership is the best one) without needing to go through the approval process again.
 
And darn people with kids who cant afford them always taking the shared ownership homes before I get a chance.

Good day, folks 
I've changed SPAN to Vst 2, as it seems to be problems with the Vst 3 version.
I've also enabled auto save, so I won't lose that much stuff again (he hopes)..
Let's see if that makes a difference.
