Get back in your encounter suit, Ed.

Everyone can see your cosmically ancient wingity wang.

Of course everyone who views it sees their own personal ideal image of a wing wang but that's not the point.

One of the housing associations have just given me exclusive information on a couple of DETACHED 2 bedroom houses they will have soon, and they havnt even started marketing them yet. They just need to assess my application and I need to view the area asap.

Yay!

Well I got offered the house I wanted, pending a successful character reference which I will sort out getting next week, but I did a bit of reading into the company building the house and it does not look like good news ...

But any snagging and repairs stuff would be handled via the housing association not the builder, so it should be fine, and the second bedroom has no shared walls so Im planning on getting soundproofing in its inner walls so I can start recording in privacy (one of the biggest reason I dont get much done is because of no privacy to practice / rehearse).

Yum yum (joined to the next house along the left hand side, Im getting the mirror image version, hopefully):

Im still applying for and going to look at the detached one that I have an application in for, but its built on a main road with a school so I think there will be too much noise, and its a lot tinier matchbox sized so Id rather get this much less expensive semi and pay for soundproofing instead, and its in a quiet all green and beautiful suburb with easy bus routes to Leeds, Wakefield and Dewsbury. The longer walls in each bedroom are like 4.6 and 4.1 metres, so not a matchbox, and its still cheaper than most other matchbox size terraced houses. Edit - found an image with measurements.

You complain about getting a "free" house, while I'm working my butt off (sometimes seven days a week) just to pay for a 9' x 11' bedroom (and use of parts of the kitchen) along with my $1,000 car...
