Amy Fowler too to a certain extent but I liked her better when she was still completely weird and oblivious to social norms.

I think that Sheldon is the best TV character since Kramer in Seinfeld.
And he tops him easily

But ole Kramer had Jerry and Elaine who were far superior to the Leonard/Penny schlock.
