We're right in the middle of summer (here in the States)......currently in a tropical storm with LOTS of rain (Florida).
 
Are your summers generally very short......like 3-4 days?

We usually have a couple of months of summer, but this one hasn't been very good.
3-4 nice days at a time, then windy and rain

One of the few times I noticed it, but then again.....it's not Beer O'clock here, so my memory (not to mention hearing) isn't all that good.
