eggtually a 170bpm or higher neurostep track would be best.
if possible insert an EQ for a 4.5k boost and a shelve at say 50hz, to bring up freq that hurt ears and head most.

I just hope Bapu -like me- lives in a concrete appartment block and has new neighbours drilling the concrete walls all day long.
Personally I got a treat last time as the dogs of my other neighbour stayed barking untill midnight, lovely.

Yeah, that kind of crap just grinds ya down after a while. Fortunately it seems everyone currently in my (extremely poorly soundproofed building) all know what the deal is and it's been extremely quiet and pleasant for the past little while.

on such time the orgainisation I rent the appartment from usually decides to put a heroin junkie in my block, last one randomlly started singing loud around 2 in the morning, just a few semitones off but with plenty volume.
thankfully Sonar shipped with Melodyne so I can always fix the tuning and I can tame the peaks with Boost 11.
