Holy crapoly! Since my last post way back on page 2008 I've had work periods of 37 hours straight (started Tuesday at 9am and worked until 10pm on Wednesday - no naps!) and 22.5 hour straight (started Thursday at 8:30pm and worked until 7pm on Friday)! Over 170 hours since July 31st...
Yesterday was my "day off" which I had to spend taking my Mom around for groceries and other errands. Today I FINALLY got some extra sleep, but I've already worked a few hours from home and am about to go back in for another all-nighter (which should be the last). *Sheesh!*
I still owe two friends money (one for training and one for buying his car), both will be paid off next month now - yay!
I've decided to take a few days off between next Wednesday and the following Thursday. I'm trying to stay inside the whole time while a million-plus loons fly into from all over the world to watch the eclipse and, most likely, make every freeway a parking lot. That should give me time to FINALLY get my new computer up and running as well as getting my new businesses going again.
Not sure what it is with life, but it seems like there's either no work and too much free time (which, without money to do things with, isn't much fun) or ALL work and no free time (which isn't that great either, but is better than the first alternative in the fact that at least you know you won't starve or end up on the street). How about a nice balance, ya???
