Is it true that a bunch of bass players were going to drive to Washington to start a "Bass Players Lives Matter!" march, but nobody was able to borrow their Mom's van?

but my plan is to get a "real" bass. Will definitely be getting some advice from you, Drew, and Bapu (hey that Busta Rhymes ).
 
 

Mesh, for me it's always about the neck and string spacing. I can't play Hofner or Ibanez basses for sure. The string spacing is just too tight for me. I'd say my hand is too big but that might sound like I'm bragging.

That's actually how I got into the whole parts bass (and guitar) thing - I wanted a P/J bass (ie. P bass PU in the neck and J bass PU in the bridge) and Fender and everyjuan else only ever made that PU configuration with those skinny little J bass necks that I hate.
