Regarding your Sonar Platinum, I'm a bit confused. You said it's registered, but then you also say that you just opened the box??
Anyway, (IIRC) once you enter the serial upon installation, it should ask if you want to register it online. You may be better off asking this question in the Sonar Forum (at the top) as more people visit there than here in the coffee house. Don't stress, you still have time to get it sorted out.....lots of people in these forums will chime in and help (just need to post it upstairs).
