Jan,Jan, the Man with the master plan........what's the good word this Monday morning?

The only plan right now is caffeine.  Then work.  How's Moanday treating you so far?  

I'm with you on the caffeine.....about to go get a 2nd & final cup for the day. Of course, I seem to be most productive in the FSF when I'm at work in the office.

Ya.  I usually have to many distractions at work.  I can only check in once in a while.

WAKE UP KIDDIES
 

Friday night I was surfing the cable box and came across a show called "Live Band". Several bands I never heard of playing on a stage somewhere in Brooklyn, NYC.
They were obviously serious about their music, but, sorry, I laughed a little bit. Whoever was doing the mixing apparently didn't know what they were doing.
Some of the lead vocals were buried way back in the mix and other parts were way too loud.
And the bands all seemed to be trying to be somebody else, mostly bands from the 1980s.
Looking forward to seeing it this week, if I can find it again.

I'm doing well. How was your weekend? Did you win on Friday? 

we lost but played very well - it's a silly game really

Hard luck mate. I'm not superstitous so I don't believe in any of that Friday 13th stuff, but I've had teamates who have certain (what I'd call silly) rituals they'd do before a cricket match.....(putting on the left sock first etc...). 
Proper mental and physical preparation (+ talent of course) were emphasized to me by my coaches/parents and that's what helped tremendously.
