I'm soooooo glad the weekend is here. I've been twerking a lot of OT, so a much needed break. :)

Yeah, I understand.....when my gout acts up, no alcohol, steaks/red meat, and worst of all....no BECAN!!!
The solution for me is to have a daily dose of tart cherry (in the pill form).....
 
After laying off it, you'll really enjoy that first beer!
