The one with/in dry ice, was sea urchin, with some stuff on. 
Not my favorite amongst the dishes, but interesting 
The things in the ice was some kind of micro sushi.

Looks to be a very beautiful place....one day. I'd like to visit places that have a lot of history behind it (like Lithuania, Romania etc..)

Even the people at my table looked funny at me when finishing the lamb 
Eating meat from the bone in a fancy restaurant makes people stare

I  have never gone down on all fours and mauled my meat in public. Just sayin'
