Here's hoping to a quick recovery!! That bass drum & hi-hat needs a good foot on it.

Ken- That hurt just reading about it. Hope you heal up soon. Luckily most musicians don't use their feet to play an instrument. Can be difficult to concentrate on music when it hurts though. When I pull my back out I might as well forget trying to do anything in the studio. 
 
I used to camp deep in the woods with friends when I was younger. We had this knife dare. You basically threw a sharp knife at your foot.If you hit a toe you were out of the game. I never hit my foot thank goodness. One of the others wasn't as lucky. We call him "hop along" now.

So, I got an infection in my foot as a result of my little mishap the other day.
My doctor just said that doesn't look good/healthy at all.
10 days of antibiotics, and beer free 
Yay, it's Friday!

Good thing you went and had it checked out.....infections are no joke.
10 days without beer .....one can get dehydrated this way.
 
On the 11th day, that first sip will be priceless
