I had a Wendys baconator. That would probably qualify me for at least a few years. The thing about the baconator is you feel like you might be giving birth to twins afterwards.

I just got one in yesterday. They get killer raves. I put it together but it was raining so I couldn't use it. I'll be cookin' up some bacon, eggs, omelets,fajitas, hamburgers, steaks, and a lot more. I just need to season the top. I got tired of getting grease burned hamburgers in my regular grill.

I hope you got the cover, Tim. We have these griddles in my store and if they get even a little wet, well, as Neil Young sang, rust never sleeps.

Made salmon with chickpea salad and rice on the new griddle last night. Washed it down with a Bud light while reading a new copy of SOS on the back patio. No one was home for awhile.The sun was out, the birds were singing. Does it get any better than that? 
The rust yeah-Thanks for the heads up. You treat those the same way you do the old cast iron frying pans. I have several coats of oil on it now. The surface gets dark which is supposed to happen. Time for some becan
