You're probably right. I sometimes get caught up in the hype and loose focus on reality. He just seems so eager to reach a that destination where the streets have no name and it's so easy to get caught in a trap.

Because the bugger is in the process of getting into game shape (trying to drop about 10lbs.). Until I got this flu, I was working out and started to make some progress, but I'll have to get back in it after I can get rid of this cough.


I'm also waiting for my equipment/kit bag to arrive in a few weeks.......not sure if I'll be able/ready to join a club this season as it's right in the middle of the season, but will definitely be ready for next season. 


Bapu, I used to play every weekend (when I was living in Burbank) at a grounds close to you.....Woodley Park (101/405 freeways meet) as there are 4 grounds just for cricket. I'm still the president of my club in So. Cal (Century Cricket Club)........as you can see, cricket's in my blood. I know you're dying to go check it out and prolly will write your next song about cricket.
