Just messing around with this. The release notes say "To specify a velocity for the user marker, click an inserted user marker and drag up or down. The cursor will be replaced by a value shown next to the user marker, which will remain until releasing
the mouse button"

It's not doing that for me. Both left and right click delete the marker. Is this a setting thing, or me misunderstanding, or something else?

I'm also not seeing the sample offset line mentioned in the document. In fact, it doesn't look like the update in the screen shots; the new layout isn't all there. I have some features, like the user marker lane, and the new midi notes. But the midi note select is still over on the right, unlike in the images in the PDF.

Same here! And I cannot switch the filter to "off".

Right. I'm guessing some kind of mismatch between the version that's gone out and the version that's been documented, then.

Can anybody else confirm this?

IDK, the features all seem there for me. The Command Center shows I have DR 1.1.0.11 installed

What did you install first? Drum Replacer or Sonar?

Ye olde VST reset maybe?

I installed the updates top down, so DR was last.

Me too. And I did a VST rescan.
