Great, thanks guys. Sorry for all of the trouble that anyone experienced. Just drives home the point that our users are, in fact, extremely helpful :)

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all of the reports. Dug in and see where some wires were definitely crossed. We just pushed an update in our back end for Drum Replacer again. Should now show up in Cakewalk Command Center as an update is available for everyone. If it is not, refresh your product list and it should indicate an update is available to version "1.1.0.26".

Please let us know if that's not what you're seeing at this point.

Excellent, thank you, and doubly thank you for still being at the coal face at this late hour. But I think we'd have all survived the night without the ability to change user marker velocity :) Go home, for heaven's sake.

For me, it's long past wine o'clock, so I'd better not mess with anything until morning.

This is where a revised start menu would be helpful - "Hey everyone, make sure you have the latest drum replacer, click here."

Yep, exactly the same for me.

I'm guessing here, really, but it's like some of us have CCCs that are downloading the wrong file.

Im seeing the same here.

...but I didn't download with c3. I manually downloaded from my account into c3's download folder.

So c3 is downloading the same version as posted in accounts... It seems?

See Ryan's post above. Wrong stuff happening server-side, fixed now.

1.1.0.26 here.

Reading back up to Ryan's post it's likely that I've benefited from the push update.

Thanks John...

Missed that post somehow...

...but now it'll have to wait until 3am for me to download it again (isp limits)

I marked "Solved: Re-Download" which will hopefully bring this to peoples' attention more readily.
