GIM Productions
Hi all.
Someone who has relations with the company's top management as Noel and Greg know if any company is trying to buy cakewalk?
I spoke with Ik Multimedia and they told me that they talked about it with their CEO.
Anyway
Merry Christmas to my Sonarist fellows!!

I can see it sitting in their portfolio.  A lot of their costs, like marketing, admin, HR, etc. are spread across many products so they'd only need to spend money on developers and software folk.  Fingers crossed.

It would be great if another company continued Sonar!  Cross your fingers.

It would be great but I've been thinking about something:

Having worked with a major communication cie that went fron 3 sw release to 1 as the at&t, sprint etc. brought their network up to date I always thought that the lifetime upgrade was not viable fron short ter to long, but I went for it and since I jumped on the train at the beginning I pretty much 2 "standard" upgrades out of this move. I'm even.

Now,If I were to make a proposal The "lifetime uprage" would be eliminated, as lrt's be serious and honest, it's not viable. Without some sort of cashflow therr is no hope.

To keep Cakewalk going I would not mind dropping my "lifetime" deal.....and I'm serious.

Mario

p.s. I started with Cake 1.0

Somebody better do something fast.  I'm getting to like Reaper more and more each day.  It would be nice to have SONAR revived since I know it so well, but time keeps on slippin', slippin' into the future...
