What you don't get are Mid/Side processing, oversampling, unlimited number of filters, K-metering, +-30db gain, pre/post/pre+post spectrum options, and linear-phase modes.
Out of the above, I would miss the Mid/Side processing for sure and I was impressed at the way it was used in the tutorial video I watched.
So if I had to choose, I would have to go for the more expensive option methinks.
@ Starise - Yeah, I've been having a bit of a play with R-Mix myself (erm... is that what you mean when you say RX?) so I know where you're coming from. I think the main problem with it though is that with just one instance of it you can only work with a rectangular of oval shape to work on the frequencies. Whereas with an EQ, of what ever type, you can cut and bust differently right across the spectrum. Still a great tool though and I'm sure I will use it one day.
