I know some people that know some people that would probably agree.

I also know that I don't like seeing some of the negative stuff either.  I prefer to be happy (naively perhaps).

Naively, I happen to share your opinion.

You and me both Craig. I figure people don't joke about people if they really don't like them. It is always hard to figure out sarcasm or a lot of things online because you can't see the smile. I find it MUCH easier to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Don't worry, be happy... bang on the drum all day!

My theory is they went surfing too near the center of the interweb and got swallowed by a black hole.

I agree Craig, happiness is a choice.  Negativity is to much work and to stressful.  "Half full", I say.

I have enough issues with my own negativism...don't need someone 'sharing' theirs on top!!!

Barry, I'm really sorry you have to deal with your own negativism, I am. I just hope you can share that thing right here, that's sort of why the CH is here for.

Or that's why I thought it was?

I simply resolve it to I Am hap "E."

Simple things make me smile like most Coffee House posts puffy white clouds against a blue sky and my hummingbird feeder.  Those little guys (and gals) are there from 5:30am until 8:30pm as if the whole day is happy hour.  I've got to refill the dang thing way more often than I originally thought I would.  They can go through 16 ounces of sugar water (approximately the same weight as 160 of them) in about three days!  I saw a couple of prego's over the last week so I expect that soon I'll be seeing more juveniles up there - should be fun!
