  is it just me, or is this forum a bit odd in entering text? it seems I must enter HTML tags to get line breaks?? am I doing something wrong?

It's the forum software, which doesn't play well with newer versions of Firefox. For that reason, I use Chrome just for this forum. That was easier than putting in an HTML BReak command for every linefeed.
