It means you can download a whole rake of stuff in-between posts.
 
LOL, your upload rate is more than twice as good as my download speed.

I wish I knew... but I don't know what ping time is. Does it mean they are set up in a van next to my home watching me? (looks out window)

OK, I re-tested... 0ms didn't seem realistic, it wasn't. This is using IE 10. Wireless also. I tried Chrome, it was  about the same.

It's Verizon's fault, not DSLExtreme's. 

When I was in L.A. county I got reputable dl/ul on AT&T with DSLExtreme.
