Kantos still works just fine, I don't use the others you specifically mentioned. As a rule, you can scan VSTs and they will likely work. If you are running the x64 version of Sonar you'll need a bridge to access older (read x86) plug-ins, there is one integrated into Sonar, and there is J-Bridge, doesn't seem to be a clear winner, one works better for some plugs, the other for others. DirectX plug-ins are a different matter - you need to register them using regserver, and then it's a crap shoot. There is a wrapper (search for XUL, DX to VST) that works with many DX plug-ins. Fortunately for me, I have only a handful of DX plug-ins I'm really going to miss... but even at that it will require some leg work!
