So, I decided to try my hand at something fancier than a ham sandwich. Bacon and eggs was tempting.... but I decided to be adventurous.
Pheasant slow cooked in a crock pot with veggies.....
So I snagged a recipe off the net..... got out the crock pot, put in 2 cans of garlic roasted mushroom soup as a starter, sliced up 4 nice sized potatoes, one large onion, a whole bunch of baby carrots, deboned 3 Pheasant breasts, threw in a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a few dollops of worchester sauce..... and turned the crock pot on to simmer for a few hours.
I'll let you know how this works out later.
I will be having this with a glass or two of my raspberry hopped home brew later tonight.
