I second Bit's recommendation for Cottage. I eat low fat cottage for breakfast pretty much everyday w/ fruits and All Bran buds. A glass of low-sodium vegetable juice and a ginseng pill and I'm ready to take over the world. The great thing is that you get a lot out of that meal and it's easily processed by your system - you don't waste energy digesting that stuff. It's one of those things that's like "clean fuel". I also use it in all kind of recipes as my main protein source - these days, my dinner often consists of whole-grain pastas w/ diced tomatoes and cottage and maybe some greens on the side... Prepared in no time, processed in no time, and leaves me w/ lots of energy.
