But it's a serious problem.
We cannot trust what we eat.

The confusing thing in this Europe-wide scandal is trying to find out who has used horse meat deliberately and who accidentally. The fuzz is, in all cases, the horse meat is not mentioned in the ingredients list.

At least one Finnish manufacturer has used it deliberately (it's in their recipe-book) but not mentioned on the box. 
I like horse meat. It's funny, that in the shops it's more expensive than beef, but to the big factories it's cheaper :o/

However, my biggest concern is pollution in our oceans, as I am a pescetarian..  We have screwed up our world so much!!

I ate those things several times when I was a boy..   Back then, I highly doubt the beef had all kinds of hormones, antibiotics, and problems from the way they feed cows, that beef has today.

I think the main concern over the horse meat is that it would not be the high quality horse meat steak, but rather the lowest of the low quality you could imagine, if it is being hidden in with the beef to bulk it out.

Also the asteroid that hit Russia is thought to have contained Horse DNA!

The first Supermarket to have Horse meat found in its beef products, has said that it was all stored behind the cheese in its storehouse out back.
They said it must have been  'Mascarpone'


We thought we were at the Tail end of the problem, but latest reports suggest that the Mane problem still ahead of us.


Be carefull if you eat any of this as it may give you the Trotts.
