I'd always been under the impression that Pro tools was DAW software but how wrong I was.
I've just watched an interview with Michael Buble and been corrected. Michael says something like "there was no messing around with Protools" and the interviewer responded with something like "for those who don't know Pro tools is the software used for changing pitch on vocals". Michael Buble then went on to agree and say how widespread it's use is now.
So now you know. Protools= pitch correction software. Remember you read it here first..........
