If I put ARC after my limiter, it (arc) clips. Anyone else see this?

yeah, I've found that ARC's INPUT does not equal it's OUTPUT, so I put it on a separate bus, then run my MASTER to the ARC bus and the ARC bus goes to the soundcard, then I pull down the slider on the ARC bus to match approximately what the MASTER bus is outputting.

then before EXPORT, I set the MASTER bus back to the soundcard and disable ARC.
