The ol' white stuff is so deep down here I nearly got me shoelaces slightly moist

Yup it's looking bad up there on the news.
 
It's been threatening to drop some the last few days but so far we haven't seen any this far south.
 
So I'll say something typically southern and ask why the sheep and horses can't come to you when the weather is bad?  They must know what happens when the roads are shot by now.
 

I lived near Peterhead up in the North-east for a couple of years and remember that summer weather well.
