I don't go to reunions that are free, so I'm probably not a good one to give advice.  Therefore, here's my advice.

If you're going to see old friends you care about, then go and have a great time.  If you're going to show everyone they were wrong about you and you did make something of yourself, don't bother.  They're not worth it.  If you're going to show them how a real Conquistador dances, make sure someone is capturing video.

There are a couple of people in high school I am still friends with. But they are on my Facebook and I see them pretty regularly anyway..... 


I don't have anything to prove to anyone.  Someone I hadn't seen since 1988 posted on our 88 class page that It didn't surprise him that I was a music teacher. So I guess I am all ready what they expected. 


Part of me wants to go .... Part of me wants to stay home and watch a movie while my wife asks me not to fart in her general direction while I laugh about it. 

Woohoo-Id go just to check things out.

My 30th is next year.  Man time is flying by.

Two choices:

Go & fart

or

Stay home & fart

I think my 40-year reunion is this year.  I haven't been to any of them yet.  I usually find out about a week after they've happened.   I'm not avoiding them, it's mostly been bad timing--I'd have to plan a trip to NJ.  At least I know ahead of time for this one.  I probably still won't be able to make the trip, though.  Oh, well.  I'll start planning for 50 now.
