This is my recipe for: Mad Scientist Tuna-Melt.  First I will write some warnings, and disclaimers.

1.  Do not try this at home.

2.  I take absolutely no liability if this makes you sick.

3.  I am not a trained chef.

4.  I do not have a modern kitchen.

Ingredients:  3 large cans of Costco Albacore in water, 1 large Boboli Pizza Crust, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco, 1/2 teaspoon horseradish, 3 jumbo teaspoons mayonnaise, 1 lime squeezed to juice, 1 big lemon squeezed to juice,  1/4 diced clove of garlic, 2 teaspoons white wine, 1/3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of room temperature butter, and a half pound shredded blue cheese. 

Prep:  pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.  In a large, restaurant quality food processor: emulsify all ingredients except butter, blue cheese, and pizza crust. Prepare baking sheet by spreading your butter all over it.  Place crust on sheet.  Spread emulsified paste evenly, in a clockwise motion on crust.  Evenly layer shredded cheese over emulsified paste. 

Bake for 12 - 14 minutes.  Pair with hot Sake, and Alka-Selzter Plus.  Makes 2 - 4 servings.

Mmmm, emulsified tuna fish paste.  


Think I'll stick with the good old fashioned tuna sammich thanks.
