"Closed course" doesn't prove it's staged. The car dealers in my town share a closed test driving course. Even if it was staged, it's still fun, and, if staged, well acted.

Yup...my take is that even if it was a "prank" there are just too many shots which seem redone in post...reshot and reset. Still...quite funny.
