Congrat's to both of you.

One small suggestion you might want to run past the little lady.

How about a studio on the first floor with a fireplace in it...........
........and a couch with a wall mounted TV on the second floor?

Just thought it might be worth a shot. (shrugs)

You know, that wouldn't be totally impossible. 
Well, not the living room, but the room next to it, which is supposed to be a dinning room. My wife prefers to use another smaller room next to the kitchen, so we do have this big room which we're not sure what we'll do w/.


I thought about it for a second but I just don't feel it. Just won't be quiet enough and I prefer my little room upstairs.

Upstairs is OK--as long as you don't have to carry equipment up and down all the time. 

You know after all those months on the road and then 7 months here in this temporary place, I think I won't want to move out of that room for YEARS!. ;)
