That same friend made me some hot sauce...

I put 1/4 TEASPOON in my Chili...

None of my friends could eat it....said it was to HOT....LOL

Did I mention that sauce was so HOT it would remove paint?

I ate half a bag of those for lunch yesterday. Half a big bag ... no problem except for a fiery tongue.

For supper, I made a pizza from scratch. Made the dough by hand, used jarred sauce, but I forgot myself and put Pepperoni on it. OMG, it's like someone poured battery acid down my throat.

I can eat the most rot gut food you put in front of me, I have one tiny piece of Pepperoni, and I'm ruined for days. Water burns like fire when I drink it now.

Grrr.

The pizza was good though. :) Never made one before from scratch like that. Flour everywhere, slipping and sliding all over the kitchen.

Anything made from scratch is "usually" much better and good to see you had fun doing it Bub.......except for the fiery burning sensation.....you'll pay for it sooner or.............later

I like to grow cayenne peppers. I love to eat them with almost anything. Will stay away from ghost peppers!!

I'll look for those chips.. they look good!

If you evergo to a Chinese buffet they have the sweet and sour chicken pieces. Try them in the chili sauce they all seem to have. It is red, slightly chunky, with pepper seeds. I like the chicken that way a LOT better than with the sweet sauce on it.

If you like Thai food and can find an authentic restaurant in your area, they have a deepfried catfish dish that's cooked in a special chili paste which you must try......simply YAMMMMMAAAAY!!!

I grew some hot peppers one year. They were really good. Forget what variety they were though.

I love General Tao's Chicken. Some places make it spicy, some don't, I prefer it spicy.
