Acoustic intro, or clean intro?   Some of the songs mentioned start with clean intros ie electric guitars on channel 1...

Without giving it much thought...  Here's two I still love to play using my Variax-equipped custom so I can switch from the acoustic six or 12-string setting to the passive pickups.

Scorpions - Holiday
Styx - Suite Madam Blue

Heart - Crazy on you

Surprised it took so long for that to get mentioned.

I'll add "Little Black Submarines" by the Black Keys.

For Richard ... and the version on the New Sinfonia is even better! That is an album that a lot of folks don't like, and I think its great. Too much of the classical music is too controlled, and you can tell in parts of this that they are trying hard to stay with it, and it comes off well, even though it does have moments that are under-rehearsed, and not well defined, but then ... this is the legacy of rock music and how it got here ... so why are we ****ing?
