Nothing revolutionary, but pretty cool for a club setting.

The size of all those buttons and sliders are freaking huge. And so very colorful, it's like a light show all of its own.

Perfect for a club.  Now, can they do something like that for posting to the Coffee House mixing and recording?

I believe that was the Windows 9 BETA.

That is neat and would probably be a good selling point to a club if you're a DJ looking for gigs.

Then again, if you could afford that you probably have some good paying gigs already.

Cheapest price I saw (doing an extensive 10 second look) was $3,499.

I can think of better things to spend that kind of money on.

Part of it is sad though...I mean there's was just something about the house party with the old school DJ with their decks and boxes of records and by the end of the night there would be LP's strewn everywhere around them.

And it's not just that...the instant availability of music downloads and digital DJ's has changed their music selection and ultimately their creativity. Back in the day, they used to trawl old second hand stores and pick up random vintage curiosities that they'd drop into a mix. That's less likely to happen when you've downloaded your set.

Next step is the entire set is already recorded and the DJ just Milli Vanilli's it.

I have no doubt that this goes on.
