OK. Here's what you should do:

1) Pick up phone

2) Dial garbage company

3) Report said event to driver's employer

4) Hang up phone

5) Adjust bill to reflect lack of service

For next time:

1) Video record the event & post on YouTube

2) Send garbage company link to YouTube posting or send DVD with your payment

+1...  Absolutely. I would have been on the phone within minutes.

I was thinking, ahh ... it's only $40 bucks a month. But then I realized, well, wait a second, they only come 4 times a month, so that's $10 bucks they screwed me out of.


One of my neighbors piles his garbage up in a huge pile and has a large bonfire every couple months. They are a large family, so there's a lot of trash. I should do the same and give myself a $40 dollar a month raise.

I used to do it up in Iowa, but stopped because it was too windy. It's a lot milder down here. Well, except for that blizzard last week, and the second one that's going to hit tomorrow afternoon. :( But other than that, seriously, the weather has been awesome down here compared to Iowa.
